It is boring. Catchy but boring. Still don't get the 'back to the roots' thing. If the whole album sounds like that, it is quite bad. If Jon is so 'estatic' about the whole thing, he has no taste.

Songs ok- same old post 2k Bon Jovi though- all the differences on Burning Bridges could be for naught- however, the single for that wasn't anything new either so will see as far as the album goes.

Just a shame that they could have made a statement with something a hell of a lot different. It's not a bad song, it's just nothing new and won't hook anyone new in.

While I think that the overall song is decent, the chorus somehow holds it back. I would've imagined more power there and it somehow falls flat and doens't work for me. This and the cringeworthy line "this house was built on trust".

This is pure Bon Jovi.
Of course it could be different, but I really like it the way it is, since this is the sound I identify the band with and it was with these kind of tunes that I fell in love with the band in the first place.
