Can you help identify this version of IBTFY?

Hey chaps!

Wonder if you can help with the most random of requests!

Im trying to find a specific version of "I'll be there for you" performed by Sambora at one of the live shows.
I lost all my music recently and this was my favorite performance of Sambora performing this song.

The only clue I can give to identify it, is that Jon introduces RS by saying (something like) ...

"Richie Sambora, are you there my brother?"
"Richie Sambora, gonnna sing you a song, if thats ok? A heart of gold and a voice of steel. Broken shoulder and all. Here's my friend and yours; its called I'll Be There For You."

If anyone can help identify the gig this came from, Id be most grateful. The quality was very high. I really cant rememeber where I got it?

I don't know the exact one but to help narrow it down I think his shoulder was broken for the Japanese leg of the HAND tour, does anyone know if it was still broken for the following leg. Europe was it?

Great stuff! Odd set!

The legendary Prayer fiasco! Tico hit the drums one too many times and the whole band went off - including the backing track :D

I haven't listened to that in ages - but at the time it really stood out.

I had to listen to that one again. I remember hearing that show and thinking no way, they can't have ****ed up that bad and thought it was a mistake in the mix or something. Listening to it now makes it kind of obvious that Tico was a beat off and couldn't find the right one again even though the backing track was still going. Somewhere the band finds itself but then the backing track messes everything up yet again. I gues it shows how much they're relying on technology for that song as opposed to just being a band and playing it.

So that bit was actually real? I just assumed it was some mess up on the bootleg. It was an absolute mess

That Livin' On A Prayer is unbelievable! Wish that there was a video recording to see their faces. Love that setlist, I said it before and I'll say it again, I wish I could have seen the band back then. Jon's voice is also pretty good for the little bit I've listened.

At that time I assumed the same. But since the band had been relying on backing tracks for LOAP since the mid-90's and, as we recently learned, has been using much more backup than we originally assumed, I think this is how it happened. I also remember that someone who had attended that gig confirmed this screw-up in the comments section of a YT video years ago.
