RT Concert with JBJ in Dublin July 21-23 2016

I just got a tweet from Runaway Tours (don't know why mind you) that JBJ will be in Dublin this July.

Nice as it would be to see a JBJ acoustic show here this summer, I don't think I'd bother shelling out the ridiculous money to hear him screech out a few rarities.

I haven't paid too much attention to any of these RT shows before, but does anybody know if you can simply purchase a concert ticket alone?

Been lots of interesting arguments about this on Twitter.

$1,500 for the no-hotel or transport option. Band of the people

These Runaway Tours shindigs do nothing but line Jon & Matt's pockets and tarnish the bands/Jons reputation for being money grabbers. The longer Jon allows it to continue, the more it will be so.

Ah cheers mate, you just beat me to it.

Agreed, completely outrageous.

you think JBJ would do this for peanuts now.

Get up close and personal.......for €1500. Joke.

The prices are ridiculous and are a smack in the face to many fans who spent lots of money following this band around.

The Soul kitchen stuff makes all this okay though.... PR wise of course.

I've never considered going (I'd rather be my own philanthropist and give the money to charity) but RT always says that the shows are sold out. I wonder if this is true or if it is the same as Bon Jovi saying their arena shows sell out. I've also never read anything from a poster who described the experience and said whether it was worth it or not.

Worked out it would cost me and the wife $3,790.00 or £2,648.67 or €3318.44 to see JBJ. What planet is JBJ living on? Work for the Working man my arse.

I'd love to go and experience a show like this but that price is ridiculous!!
