Acutally quite a nice documentary and, for anyone who's ever wondered about it, the majority of the interviews plus some behind-the-stage footage in the beginning were shot on September 8th 2000 right before the band's show in Nuernberg.

I have friends that would video their computer screen when these bits and pieces would come on. We were all so invested in when these guys would come back.

That brings back a lot of memories. Thank you:-) One of my first interviews (ZDF, I think) and first tour So how long was David working on Memphis then? From what he said, it seemed as if he had already started back in 2000.

I like Crush era...
"Having fun doing it is the most important."

I think David is on the musical thing since 1999.

I with "unheard of" he meant that the general public didn't take notice of / care about the Say It Isn't So video albeit it being filled with popular actors.

Yeah, and Angelina Jolie in The Rolling Stones' Anybody Seen My Baby? Johnny Depp in Into The Great Wide Open by Tom Petty when it's strictly rock music. There's loads of examples of famous actors starring in music video's in general though.

Jon always seems to think he needs to say "he did it first" when he never really did. The same goes with him saying "We started the concerts in Hyde Park thing" while so many have played the venue before him. I don't see the point in announcing stuff like that when it's so easy to find out it isn't true.

Salaam Aleikum,

The one that always comes to my mind is when he said that no rock bands had ever done something like bringing in a mediator to do a band intervention. This, after he'd already said that Aerosmith had told him about how well it worked for them and recommended Lou Cox. SMH.

Arnie was in Terminator 2 which featured that song [Young John Connor playing it on his boombox while on the bike]. The official video is just a live performance.
I dont know if it has been already mentioned here/or if it even qualifies but Matt Le Blanc also featured in Miracle [pre "Friends" by 4-5 years] in addition to Sayitisntso

Crush was so hit and miss.
Start of the half good half poor albums that they’ve never recovered from.
Its my life, next 100 years, one wild night, I could make a living and neurotica were superb.
Two story town, just older, say it isn’t so, mystery train and, I got the girl, save the world are ok to good.
The rest are really poor.
