and her voice is nt good at all imo

Richie is looking good and seems to be performing like a front man should with lots of energy. The band look promising too, no luke ebbin is a good thing! Orianthi hasn't a quarter of the charisma richie has and adds nothing.

this band probably is local session musicians used for the brasil shows in order to reduce the costs.

They didn't say anything about the new album or Bon Jovi to us, but, there are some news in the press where they said the new album is out in October.

The printed setlist is not entirely accurate. They didn't played Seven Years Gone, According to You, How do You Sleep and Doves Cry and played Voodoo Child.

About the mix, in the first three songs Richie's guitar was low and his vocals in the first song were barely audible. He and Takumi got confused in some songs about which guitar he would use, too. They clearly need to work in some technical stuff for the following shows, but nothing too critical.

The percussionist was a local guy invited to play with them, but the other guys are not.

I have to say that although these performances are far from perfect, it's nice to hear some Bon Jovi songs being performed with energy... RnR doesn't have to be perfect as long as it's real and that's how these are coming across to me... He needs to ditch the girl or at least tape her mouth shut...

Jon could really really use Richie right now to help him vocally... He could mask so much more with Richie behind him.. It's not the guitar playing that I miss... It's the harmonies... That's what Bon Jovi always was to me... It's the harmonies between Jon & Richie and even having Richie take a verse once in a while...

Hypothetical... But if Richie is so desperate to be a front man, now is a good opportunity for Jon to give him more vocally because based on what I'm hearing from Jon, I don't know how in the world he'll be able to get through another world tour with that voice...

Godawful set list which is why I couldn't go and see one of their shows, I have zero interest in Orianthi or any of these covers. I want Sambora songs from all 3 albums, with the odd jovi song and cover thrown in. Rso clearly is not for me, but hopefully some good musically can come from it, and at least the performances are getting better, but still the directing from the stage and pointing things out, this still shouldn't be happening.

Cardiff Motorpoint Arena is kinda screaming at me to go right now. I don't really care for Richie's current music affairs (to be honest, I've paid zero attention to what he's doing with himself right now) but this may be the only chance I'll ever get to experience Richie on a solo tour. I know full well I won't experience a 90's Richie live show here (or ever) but this is as close for me as it'll ever get. I know very little of Bad Company but I do like the songs I've heard. If it's reasonably priced for me, I'll go.

EDIT: £60 for a ticket - No thanks.

Haven't seen the videos - don't care to hear her at all. But:

Glen Sobel ‏@Glen_Sobel 2h2 hours ago
From last night. Our 1st show w/ Richie Sambora & Orianthi in Sao Paolo....

Glen was at the LA rehearsals along with the rest of the band as well, so he's drumming. They actually left a day or two before RS, he tw at airport - Rs didn't get into Brazil til a few hours before showtime.

I don't hate her voice but it isn't good either. Richie needs to concentrate on playing and singing and let someone else worry about the vocal/music mix.

I don't like her on stage and there's still much room for improvement, but it was far better than what I had expected after the videos of the past 2 years. Richie's currently in much better shape than Jon.
