Jovi Moments -- During 2016 U.S. Independence Day?

Hard rock/metal radio station WSOU 89.5 Seton Hall University is promoting their 80s throwback Independence Day weekend with a commercial featuring a riff from Living on a Prayer. You can listen to them online at WSOU.net.

And former Black Eyed Peas lady lumper Fergie has released a new video and single:

Got lawsuit?
:)

Exactly! There isn't a conspiracy behind everything...

Well, neither does the Fergie camp, or they wouldn't have been too scared to use it, so they just used the color scheme -- which proves that there must have been a conspiracy, so there!

I'd be extremely concerned if anyone did, LOL!!!

Color scheme? SWW road signs are yellow. Maybe she's making nod toward the SWW album or maybe she's just using the color of a common road sign.

No reason to think that this ever entered their minds...but you definitely got the "common" part right!

It's the STREET SIGN!!!!

I don't think anyone cares... You're reaching to start a discussion on something that has no relevance to Bon Jovi... The term Slipper When Wet has been used many times in so many different provocative ways though out many years...

Pearl Jam has an album out called 'Yeild' so if she was wearing a Yeild shirt, no one would scream Pearl Jam...

You're seeing this as a fan and not taking into account that Slipper came out 30 years ago (wow) and it's no longer relevant to this generation.

She's taking an idea that has been used by many people and going for it...

The End

I never quite understood Jon's dislike of the original cover as it is much more iconic of the 1980s. He went as far as recalling the production and substituting artwork which consisted of him writing the title on a garbage sack. Whatever, it worked.
