The first lines was like..."OPEN ALL NIGHT" the demo version instead of the one in the album..did u guys hear it before?

So you packed your bags you said you're leaving tonight
You gotta catch the last train to the big city lights
It's your life, better get on board

and the atmosphere of the song is strong..Oh yeah she's a mystery..Love it !
Although the Chorus could be more stronger with some back up vocal - i agree on this one !

but overall i love this one kinda lonely..
The most lyrics i loved was ...
"Only fools count treasure in silver and gold
I don't want for nothing that these hands can hold"

After his speech on Clinton Award..
It's like Jon and Dorothea was talking in a small empty room about what they did on Soul Kitchen..
Babe this is a labor of love, 24/7..

and when the sounds fading away before the chorus...epic to me :D

It's a combo of a bunch of songs but I just love the vibe, groove, and hook...

"Big city."

I do love that "Open All Night." Those "baby, baby, baby, BABY!" lines always get me

If you mean better than the version on "Bounce," I once used to agree. Today, both songs are favorites of mine. The version on "Bounce" is the best ballad on the album and one of the best ballads post-2000. The main issue is by the time you get to it on Bounce, you've had to sit through two mediocre, disgustingly sugary, forgettable ballads. It deserved better than that.

Well the only song that i don't like from Bounce was Right Side Of Wrong and Joey..But still my ear can stand with both of that song compare to Have A Nice Day "Bells Of Freedom" and most of the song in What About Now :(

It's a really nice song, I really enjoy the mood and arrangement on this one. Also Jon's voice sounds really good on the low notes.

Just as other members mentioned, the song would've been even greater with Richie singing the backing vocals but it is what it is.

So far I'm really excited with the album! I think Labor of Love will really grow on me over time, THINFS is the best single(IMO) since HAND and also Knockout is a decent song.

At this point it's safe to say this album will be much better than the overproduced crappy WAN.

Labor is a beautiful song. Whatīs missing is a heartful Guitar Solo in the middle or end of the song.. i canīt understand.
8/10 !!!

I think we will have a very good album if we take the best tracks from Burning bridges and the best ones from This House..
Teardrop and Labor of love is very good moody tracks and also Who would you die for.
This House and We don't run is good rockers (pop/rockers ;) )

I think maybe Bon Jovi have been too productive, a lot of albums and a lot of fillers but every album since 2000 have something good going on also.

I really like the song. What do you think it's about though?
