What I heard from THINFS, some songs are better than others, but I don't want to skip any songs which WAN made me did.

Am I mistaken or did Jon actually sing the "Coming Home"-part of thinfs? Did not expect that, considering that he almost can't sing it on the single (two times in the end with a broken voice haha)

You do know that that's actually his voice singing on the recording right? Every chorus, every word? [emoji102]

Just listened to the stream and while I think that Jon's voice was holding some songs back live, he was actually quite decent since he at least had good time and his middle range sounded well. Some good stuff in there, some fillers. But on the other hand: I thought Labor of Love sounded boring here but loved it on the studio version. So some songs might get better on the album.

I cant believe that Im reading so many good coments
Bon Jovi and good record in a same sentence in 2016?
For someone whos waiting the release day for hearing the new songs it getting very hard to not fall and watch videos from yesterdays night
Despite of all good reviews,Ill wait

Ive only seen thinfs snippet on youtube and what is an evidence for me is that there are a lot of rehearsals done, what didint happen in the last records.
Yesterdays nights the band sounded great and fresh and with the songs rehearsed
on the other hand if you remember bbc concert in 2013 presenting wan, they made mistakes on Im with you and other songs because they hadnt rehearsed before the gig and they seemed to be finishing the tour instead of beggining the promo

Well, the "coming hoooooooome" isn't sung by Jon, except for the last two times in the end :)

Really? Really?? He recorded them, he may not sing them live but on the album it's his voice. Wtf?? I really hope you're trolling....

Haha well, I remember that someone used a vocalremover-program on the song on this forum and came to this conclusion. It is, according to me, quite obvious that it is just David + the rest of the band who sings the majority of the coming hooooooome's. That's because you clearly can hear Jon join in at the last two in the song. His voice is crackled, and he only sings the first two notes. "Coming hooo-oooo...""

I may be wrong here though, so I apologize in advance if that is the case. But you see how I came to the conclusion, right?

On a side note, he DID sing them live. That was what surprised me :D

I understand but it is him live, just like it's also David, shanks and Tico's but Jon's voice is there and it's above the rest of them which is why I find it so hard to believe that anyone can believe that's not him. When he "joins in" at the end its clearly another track put in to have that effect and add variety to the track. Just like in 'because we can' when they added the additional vocals at the last chorus. Recordings aren't done in real time you know??

Haha, I feel stupid now :( when the song was released there was a lot of speculation about this. I guess it just struck with me. I can hear Jon now, lol. That, and the fact That he sounds so different on the last seconds of the song just made me believe it wasn't him. I'm sorry :)
