Not the worse live because I don't expect them to sound their best, but the closest to their usual post2000 (either bland pop rock or souless acoustic ballad)

Reunion.

Whole lot of leavn 2

Am I the only one who can't help smiling when watching Everett Bradley on stage? :D
I hope he will join the band on tour. Percussions always add a lot more than manye people might think. Just imagine the Knockout chorus without the percussion. And then again he adds some great energy on stage. Both him and Phil X are like two young boys having the time of their life.

Just watch the BBC promo show for WAN compared to this. The band has a completely different "go" now. Feels like the band really enjoys this new chapter of Bon Jovi. Really likes this lineup, though I guess both Everett and Shanks might be hard to keep on hold for a whole tour, at least Shanks.

Roller Coaster is almost Saturday night gave med sunday morning in the chorus, never liked that song cause its a Nickelback-ripoff to begin with.

Born Again Tomorrow, Walking with the ghost, Devils in the temple and Hail the king sounds really promising

Nope, not listening, I'm strong, I'm strong!!! :p

Well maybe a song, or two until the next show, and if I don't get tickets, another couple songs until my CD arrives...

I'll admit I'm quite scared to listen to the whole thing. I can bear the disappointment, it took me a long time but I learnt to understand the band we have now. But to enjoy it, it's a whole different thing, and I'm still not there.

It's really silly anyway, the songs won't sound radically different from the album and I'm very intrigued with all the reviews here, but I guess I don't want to be disappointed twice.

We will have a least a new one though, didn't they film a video for Knockout and another one?

That's the one I started to listen since it's not really new. I didn't like the acoustic and I can't remember this new version. I was too distracted trying to guess which song it reminds me of (not a BJ song) and it didn't quite register. From what I remember, I won't like it either

Yeah, I'm with the ones resisting on checking these clips out. I really don't want the first time that I hear this record to be live versions....

I watched all intros/speeches with a smile in my face. Yeah, a smile, I know, totally unheard of lol.

This time I believe Jon when he says they enjoyed making the album and they feel proud of the songs. He sounded quite sincere while talking about the band and all the shit they went through. I'm not saying Jon will change for good, but acknowledging the criticism and basically admitting his faults is huge for him.

I do like the new band. It's not better than the old, don't get my wrong, but they sound great together and they enjoy themselves. Which will hopefully translate into great shows.

Speaking of the band, they haven't said anything about who will tour in the place of Shanks?

I really dig the new songs. Especially Living With The Ghost, New Year's Day, and God Bless This Mess. I even like Come On Up To Our House (pleasant surprise; I thought this was going to be a big I Love This Town sing-along). Jon seems genuinely excited about the record, and mentioned how the band improved several of the songs he brought to them. Most of all, it seems like Jon, Shanks, and Billy Falcon wrote actual SONGS with stories. I like it. Can't wait for the album.
