Possible Tour Arenas for 2017?

4 Attachment(s)
Hey Guys,

I signed up for Backstage JBJ and ended up getting to a 404 error which gave me a site map (please check the jpeg's I've included with the post).

There was a RSVP option in the list which I tried and it gave me a drop down list of arenas, do you think this could be a placeholder list or could these be venues they are actually looking at to do a scaled back more intimate tour?

Thanks.

2017 is next year. Not 2016.

I hope not those venues like paradiso and e-werk are really small.

About time they headlined the Erie County Fair

2016 is off but there is a Fox in Atlanta and Detroit which would explain one in July and one in August.

A theater tour??? Maybe that's all Jon wants to take on at this point... much more laid back VH1 Storyteller type shows...

Well, good luck getting fair-price tickets to those!

I think stadiums would be a huge mistake. Would love them to do Hammersmith or Shepherd's Bush.

Theaters are not going to happen. The band will do arenas as usual (date for a show in Tampa has already leaked)

Plus, the band has signed with Irving Azoff who created the Arena Alliance and will be promoting Bon Jovi's tour together with Live Nation:

Quote:

Irving Azoff is handling the booking side of Arena Alliance and the first tour under the Oak View Group banner will be Bon Jovi, who signed with Azoff Management last year. Four underplays are planned next month at theaters in London, Toronto, New York and New Jersey to preview Bon Jovi’s new album, This House is Not For Sale, followed by an arena run in early 2017.

“We’re putting the finishing touches on that tour,” Leiweke told The Real in an interview shortly after the 22-venue alliance was unveiled. “It took six months to put this best-in-class group together, but now that the buildings have been announced we can begin those conversations with the agencies and start discussing some content opportunities.

This is the list of the arenas part of the alliance; expect shows announced for these venus soon:
