I dread to think of the cost of all of those, hopefully the "I just want a bloody ticket" options are reasonable enough and hopefully in the same postcode once all the packages are taken out.

I love that song. I thought it was awful to throw it away on a CD that was mainly about Jon's fit with the record label. So I'm glad it got on this album at least as a bonus track.
