Which is why those of us from the US that wanted to hear many of the These Days songs traveled to Europe in 2011. And boy did we get lucky. Considering what happened during the next tour I will be forever grateful that we did that trip at that time.

Thinking about Kathleens post about having to go to Europe to hear some of the good and rare stuff made me think about, are they any other band that are this extreme when it comes to delivering dull set list's in America and then starting to play far greater shows (set list wise) as soon as they land in Europe?

In & Out Of Love...what IS the deal with that song? Why hasn't it been played since the 80s? Is there a bad memory associated with it? If I recall a few years ago Richie started playing the opening riff to it and Jon gave him a look and said "hell no".

I would like to meet Jon in a casual setting one day and seriously drill him on why he doesn't play certain songs anymore. TAALS, In And Out Of Love...to songs that were popular in the early 2000s, like One Wild Night, Everyday, Bounce, TYFLM....what is his reasoning?

On the Bon Jovi channel on Sirius XM, there's a clip where JBJ says of 7800 Degrees Fahrenheit: "There are some true blue, diehard fans that like the record, but I don't really care for it."

Ah makes sense then. Greetings fellow Wisconsinite, hopefully they bring the tour to the Badger State!

I can state with certainty that Bruce Springsteen does not do this. I would say that we in New Jersey probably get the best shows ever, perhaps followed by Sweden. I have heard every rarity that I ever wanted to here in NJ without traveling anywhere.

I'm a Guster fan - and they treat us well here too. Southside Johnny does his best shows in New Jersey. I think Jon wants to be everything to everybody - and you can't please all the people all the time.

It should be showtime in About half an hour.

I'm nothing more than a casual fan when it comes to Springsteen, have seen him once in Gothenburg a few years ago which was a great show, but I had no idea that the Sweden shows was regarded that highly among Springsteen fans.

A Swedish friend, that used to post on this board, told me that in Sweden, Bruce is God. LOL. I had no reason not to believe him, but after that I checked the setlists a bit more carefully and I think he was right :D
