So just to clarify- Whole Lotta Leaving replaced WWBTF and Saturday Night? Or was WWBTF or Saturday Night slotted in and just not reported?

If we followed Becky's facebook updates properly then neither WWBTF nor Saturday Night were played. There didn't seem to be as many live feeds tonight, so that is the only source I followed when I picked up about halfway in.

Jon loves me! He really loves me! No WWBTF! LOL That show was amazing, only too short. I was so happy. I've never regretted going to a Bon Jovi concert.

After the show the first song they played was Jackson with the lyric "I'm going to Jackson... " to which I replied, "Liar." It's been 28 years for us too.

Bahaha!! That's exactly I felt when Who Says was dropped for the first time on night 3 of Sydney, 2010.

Lay your hands on me is a lame song without the proper drum intro . Hopefully wwbtf is dead and buried . Quite like overall setlist .

Not a fan of WWBTF at all, but dropping it and keeping Working Man and/or replacing with WLOL are both pointless IMO. At least Follow was a moderately successful single that was promoted quite heavily at the time and has some familiarity with casuals.

What annoys me is that it would take only a couple of treats to give the fans something more...

Like many have said before me ... we really are fortunate they mix any set with one different song .... most artist change nothing the whole tour .

But these are mostly the same songs we have heard on tour for the past 10 years.

I only heard Always via Youtube from the First date.
The quality is very low.
In each record of this tour...Jon's mic level is always so High?

Unfortunately I think Obie is mixing the stuff once again and he always has the habit of mixing Jon's vocals on top of everything.

The quality isn't bad at all but Jon's vocals are too high in the mix for sure. It would actually do him a favour if they were lower.

Exactly. That's why it's not so much of an issue when you're there, but the recordings really shine a spotlight on his weaknesses. I can't see why he's mixing it like that. The soundboard Always was physically painful to listen to in places because you just have Jon's voice above all else.

And at different volume levels. Put Waves Vocal Rider or something on it, and it would be less distracting. And some reverb!

On a side note: band sounds great on the recordings, though. Something Obie not always got right in the past...

My experience with livemetallica shows soundboard, i think that every show would be some different in the mix. Honestly, it better than the audience recordings.

RYH and Always have been audibles in practically every show but for some reason the band isn't playing the former. Can't make out the first audible, must be Born to Follow? Oh, and setlists have never been as static in over 2 decades.
