Did Jon not move a lot and impress on night 1 of the tour? Perhaps night 2 as well. At least you are getting to see them in concert. Zero chance of them coming to Northern Ireland.

well, I certainly can NOT imagine Jon behaving like this today

and man, Jon must have been one sexually confusing for both sexes back in the day with all his dance moves and stuff ;D

According to Reba, "It was a great concert."

As has been said it's just such a sharp decline for Jon. I actually don't think the crowded stage helps either - makes it more difficult for anyone to get a good run on.

Yeah I forgot that Axl blew his knee out onstage and had multiple surgeries...

Exactly! As long as I can go to a show, get a hot dog and a cold beer and watch the lights and hear the loud sounds then I'm a happy man!

Since when has music been about singing anyway?

Also it's been scientifically proven that YouTube makes vocals sound 85% worse than if you're actually at the show.

Not sure if there is sarcasm in here or a knock at Americans but this sums it PERFECTLY!!!!! Just how Rock and Roll doesn't need to be perfect!!!!

I was at the show! I loved it even Work For The Working Man. Had seniors (older than me) in my row on the floor so they sat the majority of the show but were smiling and singing for the most part. It was very loud from the crowd so not even going to begin to comment on vocals but loved the energy and fun that Phil and Everett brought. I had a ton of fun and am glad I have more shows ahead. Set lists may be static, Jon's voice not as good but damn it I still have the excitement I have had every tour since 1985.

Not the knee but ankle and foot yes. And as recently as last year. Yeah he moved like a madman for both AC/DC and GNR.

And singing like it was 1985 again.

No, please do so... you want to say his struggles aren't as noticeable being there live in person...

That's true. I for one couldn't hone in on imperfections due to the roar of the instruments and crowd around me.
