Yeah, though that's the part where it's playback and the sings on top of it, and he's been making that same gesture (with his hands at least) for the whole of the tour...

These videos on Youtube by Charlie Lester are really good sounding.

Jon sounds tolerable on Bad Medicine and, compared to other 2017 shows LOAP, and actually really good on Lay Your Hands On Me. This is a positive step for his voice, hope it continues. Obviously its all relative to 2015-17, but the songs from this gig have actually sounded enjoyable!

Yeah, most likely. Thing is why can he scream that high, but not sing (good with any given technique)? I for one can't scream higher than I can sing, it's probably the other way around :confused:

What I'm trying to say is: the range (at least an acceptable portion of it) is still there. It just comes down to technique, insecurity or whatever that he's not constantly able to pull it off...

Could be, both have the same number of characters (and as Blood on Blood), so it would fit. Hard/impossible to make out from the pic, I even played around with contrast and brightness...

If I had to guess, I'd go with One Wild Night though. It's quite easy to sing, fun song, and I can't see any reason for Jon to pull out Open All Night...

All the other S's in the audibles are lower case except for in the word AUDIBLES but it's slightly bigger. Now I'm thinking it's Saturday Night :(

Man, you know what? You're right. I could only remember 2011 and 2013 off the top of my head, and there he never nailed it. I just looked up a random O2 performance from 2010, and there it's perfect. Good thing for Jon that if fans like me get older, they start to forget how great they once were ;-)

I just looked some random performances from 2008 and 2010 and he sounded fine. I don't know if 2011 was worst (I remember the 3 final shows and his voice was good), but I agree that since 2013 he hasn't hit those notes that well anymore

hahah I don't know but your comment made me laugh :D I do appreciate Jon's efforts on stage although there's no way I'll see it live. What strikes me is that the bands I've followed so far always have this somehow effeminate lead singer in... can't put my finger on it, though :D
