Wow! The Philly show was great! Bad Medicine was out of this world. Looks like he's got his confidence back and is loosening up. So happy for JBJ!!

One thing about him - he never gives up!!

The way he counts the song off at around 2:25...haven't seen him that energetic in quite some time!

Now that's how to count off a song!

Maybe he's loosening up and more energetic because the tour is about over and he knows he's going to make it!

I've said before, he needs to do short legs like this with longer breaks so the entire tour lasts a couple of tears so he can pace himself. Hope that works with the crew, etc.

It's amazing how everyone doubted this tour and with what, 6 shows left, I guess Jon did it!!!

Here's a link to a positive review in which the author actually praises Jon's voice throughout the show as well as the overall subtle yet intimate delivery of the band.
Cheers.

An improvement vocally, for sure, but "amazing"? It is however, really good to see Jon moving about and looking like the frontman he used to be! It nice to hear Dave's vocals being more prominent on this tour also, I always thought he should have been utilized more in this department

As a longtime fan...
I realize I have a tendency to be very positive on this site.;)
So remaining consistent in that approach;
here's an author who is on the same page as me in regards to the current state of JBJ's voice in concert.

Agreed. That's a very incremental improvement and he still overall sounds horrendous if compared to any previous tour.

But being more mobile and focusing on entertaining fans is the direction he should go more often. There should be more gimmicks used to mask his vocal shortcomings and surfing in the crowd is definitely one of them.

Overall, one of the most enjoyable videos of the tour, so kudos for that.

Hey, I was watching this HAND perfomance of wells fargo...

and I noticed something different. In the part "just slavin' away" and "when the world gets in my face" before the solo, sound's like Jon's voice but not live. I know they use backing track for the chorus, but in those parts? I found it very strange. Maybe I read too much about the THINFS episode in mohegan sun, but who knows.

Take a look:
