How my variety can we expect between each msg night?
 

We all know that the two Toronto shows were too similar, with only three or so changes. This is really piss poor, and the set needs to be changed up more in msg, as the gig is a bigger deal and reviews matter and many fans will be going both nights. So is this too much to ask?

Some people are bored out of their minds, apparently. It's really annoying, but heck, the discussions on the board mostly revolve around the setlists nowadays. Still it's better than Jon team vs Richie team snapping at each other :D

Based on the last 2 nights, a swap of 2 songs in the encore. The first 20 will be identical.

I would bet my midtown apartment (two blocks from MSG) that Goodnight New York is played.

Mine is fairly realistic... No ridiculous ballads or obscurities. Btw, I'm not sure why posting set lists is so fun, I just really enjoy it for some reason.

It's not likely that they will be played, but they are manageable for Jon's voice and the context of this tour.

I would love if they did Goodnight New York too. I love that song. I can't keep up with all the words when I try to sing along though.

That's why I don't think Jon would do it live... Too many words and I seriously doubt they are doing any rehearsals with only 2 shows left in this tour... Even with those 2 shows being NYC...

Just to clarify myself ... I like to listen to LH when at home. At a live show most of it goes off like a lead balloon.

If pearl jam played same venue two nights running they'd change the entire set bar the staples their expected to play.

I'm not one to complain about setlists but the last two shows were terrible especially as it was same venue for two nights

Between the two MSG shows, I am predicted two songs will be changed. "Blood on Blood" and "Runaway" will be "Captain Crash" and "Always" in the encore. That will be the only change. Mark my words. I would love to be proven wrong...
