Just got home, what a show! Can confirm Amen was played after Keep The Faith, Jon was in the audience singing Amen and BOR. I must say, Jon's vocals on Amen and BOR were top notch, band in good form tonight. They still put on a great show!
I'd Die For You. I'm so glad we finally got a rarity here. Not my favorite song, but I'll take it! Roller Coaster was also a nice surprise, though I find it kinda funny when Jon introduces it as their "last big hit" and the audience kinda looks around confused when it starts playing. One of my favorite new songs though. Here's my biggest critique of the night; WLOL and Lost Highway. It absolutely KILLS the vibe. I actually like these songs, but putting them together like that right away made me wince. You can't go from high energy rockers like RYH and Bad Name to a song like WLOL. Lot of bathroom breaks and yawns from the audience. Oh and no jungle noises in KTF Yovana, I'm not even teasing, he didn't do any noises. I was kinda looking forward to it so I COULD tease you. :p |

IBTFY, BOB, Rollercoaster, I’d Die For You, Runaway long intro with John Lassman in audience ...kick ass crowds. Hell of a weekend for Bill23. Lights out!

At least one person in the front row (two, I think) had signs taped to the barrier asking for I’d Die for You. Jon pointed them out when he sang it. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

I saw a quick setlist and Always was an audible...hope that means it shows up in any of the three shows I have remaining. (and yes, I'm one that wants to hear it even if he sounds like a strangled cat singing it lol).

Good to see IDFY back
But agree with the poster who said you cant play LH and WLOL together. Its a vibe killer. |
Terrific show, so much better than the Vegas show I went to last year. Thought Jon sounded good. He actually SANG (less of the whispery stuff). Rollercoaster went over well. Even if people don’t know it, they still seemed to get into it. I felt like Jon’s voice started to fade about 2/3 of the way through, but then he finished strong. I’m sure YouTube will prove me wrong, but both Wanted and Prayer were stronger than I remember recently. No playback before the solo on Prayer? I’d Die For You was a nice treat. I think MSG and Montreal have the potential to be really great shows.
The last show at the Bradley Center. Jon said he’d play until the bulldozers came. And about the new arena next door: “We’ll christen that place anytime you want.” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Audibles were:
I’ll Be There For You Always These Days Saturday Night Maybe I wish they wouldn’t have had those “I’d Die For You” signs up front! Sometimes I think I’m better off not knowing the audibles and what might have been. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Always or SIBSN are much better songs to play.
IDFY in my opinion is just a normal audible like IBTFY or Memory. |

Has this been posted yet? I'm sorry, but if you deny how bad Jon sounds here, you are either in total denial or deaf as a doorknob. |

HOLY SHIT.
Jon sang the "Livin' on a praaayyyeeer..." before the solo without playback and ON KEY for the first time in years: https://youtu.be/mp1PYBRRn8Y?t=3m3s Yes, it's definitely a 120% moment and probably unsustainable in terms of regularity, but who cares? We got one more B4 properly hit by Jon in concert - let's see if he manages to do it again tonight... |
It's on key definitely. He did a short B4.

https://youtu.be/EW5uIi6NcVI That terrible nasal tone combined with Jon being unable to hit a single note (whereas in Milwaukee he hits pretty much every "LIVE forever" part and doesn't sound nasal at all) makes it far more of a painful experience. |
I guess I don't see it. Every single video I've seen from 2013 has been better than any performance from 2017/2018. That one from Milwaukee is so much worse than the Brisbane one. At least in 2013 Jon would be in time with the song. I don't give a damn if he can hit the notes if they're half a measure late.
I don't know, maybe that's just me. I'd rather have the correct phrasing over "passable" vocals. |
Both performances were pretty much horrendous. If we had a Soundboard recording of the current one, it'd be much worse as well.
But IML is a song that has rarely been good live in terms of transporting the energy from the album cut onto the stage. Gesendet von meinem Nexus 5X mit Tapatalk |

Really? Did you guys miss the 2017 tour when he whispered his way through the songs? His timing is off here but at least he’s actually singing now. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Oh well, Dry County wasn't too bad. Jon sounded bad on the verses but got a little stronger on the pre-chorus and the chorus itself. His avoided some voice cracks throughout the song. The long guitar solo, which is my favourite part of the song, was kinda butchered. Phil just isn't influenced by the blues, unlike Richie. This unfortunately means that he can never completely nail some of those solos.
