I think i have a love hate relationship with wanted as that's the point in the show I know I won't get any gems.
Highlights:: - Lots of energy singing rollercoaster - Never thought I'd say this again but sleep was awesome. Jon moved around lots and it was played quicker than the last couple - they forgot or skipped who says Lowlights - for the first time, 0 songs I hadn't already heard live. - WLOL LH duo was still present. The sound was louder than last year, didn't notice anything major in terms of voice problems. People around me seemed happy and the 3-4 people I overheard walking out all said the show was amazing. Much better show than TO last year. Jon was all over the place. It did end early although they went on at 8h30. Here is to hoping mtl night 2 has something rare. |

"Oh shit, hey guys, just realized, we forgot to play Who Says tonight! We'll have to play it twice with extra 'it's alrights' to make up for it at the next show!" |

P.S. I have no issue with the number of songs in a show anymore. However, I do have a serious gripe with Jon's setlists in 2017/18. I would welcome a 16-song set if it included Dry County, Something to Believe In, These Days, Always, Saturday Night, Wild Is The Wind, I Believe and Next 100 Years as staples EVERY night. |
Who Says You Can't Go Home actually hadn't even been on the printed setlist. So it was skipped deliberately for the first time since Sydney 2010 I think.

But it might've been the first time the song had been dropped in the USA since its release. |

Are you all doing it on purpose?? No matter what I post, it always goes unnoticed and thoroughly ignored as if it didn't exist at all.

No, seriously: this happens to all of us from time to time when there are a few different arguments brought up and some react to them and some react to others. To your theory: not really much has changed here in all honesty. The average show length on this tour has been 21/22 songs. Going back to the start of the Circle tour, the average show length was around 22 or 23 songs on most nights as well. Of course there were some big exceptions, but there were occasions where the encore was soleley Wanted/Prayer as well. Check it out: https://bjtours.jimdo.com/let-s-go-o...north-america/ |
Audio for anyone who's interested; I just used my phone in my pocket & tweaked it to make it listenable.

For me, and this is highly personal, but from such a setlist there aren't really that many songs I'd like to hear during a live show.
The only songs I'd keep are 01. - 02. Raise Your Hands 03. You Give Love a Bad Name 04. - 05. - 06. - 07. - 08. It's My Life 09. - 10. - 11. Keep the Faith 12. - 13. Bed of Roses 14. Lay Your Hands on Me 15. Runaway 16. - 17. - ---------------------------- 18. (You Want to) Make a Memory 19. Wanted Dead or Alive 20. Livin' on a Prayer The remaining spots could be substituted with so many other great, and for this time and age, reasonable songs to perform live. |
It's the THINFS tour. People expect them to play some THINFS songs and they should play some THINFS Songs. Otherwise it's not really a THINFS concert.
But yes there should be less from LH but keep WGIGO if it works good. |

So with that said, if they HAD to play any THINFS songs, the set could be so much better and diverse. Easy example...
01. This House Is Not For Sale 02. Raise Your Hands 03. You Give Love a Bad Name 04. Born Again Tomorrow 05. Next 100 Years 06. Wild Is The Wind 07. It's My Life 08. Superman Tonight 09. Living With The Ghost 10. Keep The Faith 11. Diamond Ring (acoustic) 12. Lie To Me (acoustic) 13. Bed of Roses 14. Lay Your Hands on Me 15. Runaway 16. Love's The Only Rule 17. Blood On Blood ---------------------------- 18. (You Want to) Make a Memory 19. Wanted Dead or Alive 20. Livin' on a Prayer Audibles/other songs to vary with in the set: Any Other Day Welcome To Wherever You Are Have A Nice Day Dry County These Days When We Were Beautiful Saturday Night In These Arms I'd Die For You Never Say Goodbye I'll Be There For You I mean, it's not f*cking hard if you wanted to... |

There are too many songs... Right now I'm hearing Two Story Town Wembley 2000... |
Just me who hates it when people post set lists that will never ever happen?
Apart from one, maybe TWO songs per night, nothing is going to change or get us excited too much. I can see JBJ being ill again soon. He strained bad last night on a lot of songs. It doesn't sound or look healthy. Sent from my CLT-L09 using Tapatalk |

But what's the point in putting a set list FULL of songs that won't happen? Songs that have a chance, yes. Next 100 years and shit like that just won't happen and I, personally, think it's pointless adding into any set list. Sent from my CLT-L09 using Tapatalk |
1) Burning Bridges
2) Cold Hard Heart 3) Game Of The Heart 4) Ordinary People 5) The Fire Inside 6) When She Comes (Yeah!) 7) Room At The End Of The Word 8) Social Disease 9) Fear 10) Bang A Chick 11) For You ♡ Bongiovi ! oups ! Sorry. |
