Holy shit, did anybody else hear Jon scream the ”ain’t no TIME to waste” like an absolute nutcase? Or was it just the bad quality creating the illusion?

I just went back and listened, I didn’t hear it although the quality was pretty bad. Seems Like Jon backed off of the higher “Ain’t nobody left but us these days” notes at the end.

What a mess; Jon clearly can no longer sing at all. Not a single slightly higher note was sung on key.

And Thomas, you're right - his voice cracked, it wasn't an intentional scream.

I can't even put into words how much it hurts (my ears) to hear a once epic singer sound like this.

They should change the lyrics to "These days, the notes are out of reach".

Joking aside, it really makes me sad to see how hard Jon tries to sing these songs. You can see him trying everything here, but his voice just can't handle it anymore. It's really heartbreaking seeing his expression after his voice brakes completely when attempting the high note on ain't no TIME to waste. I'm glad that people still have a good time at their live shows, but I reckon that these issues must be very painful to him.

Also, I don't understand how some people here are really expecting songs like Hey God to show up. In Bergen 2013, when his voice was in much better condition than today, he coudn't hit the notes in the chorus and could barely breathe. It's not happening ...
