Richie/Jon part in Blood On Blood
 

Were those "Til the day that we died. blood on bloooood" parts rehearsed or were they just performed if they were really into it.

They were probably loosely arranged beforehand and then improvised, just as Jon did with his ad-libs or Richie with extended solos like on Always later on. A basic structure was defined beforehand and then they just built up on it night after night.
