Its almost as if there is something more urgent going on in the world right now!

He's not on any of these shows to promote the album. That's why it's not mentioned.

He performed Do What You Can last night on an NBC special about the virus with the second verse included that he wrote.

Do What You Can is better than Unbroken and Limitless anyway so the more press he gets for it the better.

I'd give a hunch the interviews were booked to promote the single/album release and when the shit hit the fan things were altered. That being said, not mentioning the album and current single is a big disservice to the momentum, I don't think anyone would have found it tacky had he brought it up in a respectful way. It almost gives the impression that the project is on hold. The album is out next month and he's on Fallon, NBC etc and there not even being the slightest bit of focus on it is a big flag to me.

Thank you!

Why is this not yet on youtube?

Edit: Done.

Can anyone transcribe the second part of lyrics?

This is what I hear:

As we wait outside the window
All the loved ones stay inside
And sidewalk baby's blowin' kisses
Maybe savin' someone's life

They had to cancel graduation
It ain't fair to ? the prom
All kids in home and isolation
TV news is always on

Stop blaming the fans for Jon not having the balls to do anything out of the norm.

Agree he should have had a real go, but we live in totally different times... DA was different, but very 90s Britpop; that’s why himself and the record label could do it; and it was very big in Europe. However, when Jon did Stand Up songs, fans hated it (the rubbish people wrote on here was just silly) and obviously the record company said ‘no, you need to be filling stadiums, write another It’s my life’...so he did and still does.

Just like Unbroken...it’s a song he can sing; it’s not amazing, but it’s listenable, quite mature (for Jon’s standards) and has some interesting guitar sounds and production. The majority of people on here have slated it since the beginning. So what do we get? Limitless bollox. The fans fault? Yes, partly.

I just don't think Jon knows how to write/make songs that suit us anymore. You have good lyrics in 'Unbroken' but it's too slow and goes nowhere yet has some good guitar work at the start and then you have 'Limitless' which has the same Bon Jovi sound since 2000 with lyrics about scrubbing your face and brushing your teeth and no guitar (or very low in the mix)

A couple of changes and they could still produce some good stuff. It's just not taking that extra step anymore to make the average songs good and the good songs great.

I liked Not Running Anymore but didn't like Old Habits Die Hard. I actually think NRA was similar to DA. Even the video was something like the DA videos....

I still think we will have 2/3 songs that we love on 2020 but we've heard 1/5 of the album and I don't like any so far.

That's some weird logic.

Nothing is ever the fans' fault. We're just customers, just like if we go to a restaurant or go watch a movie. We react to what we are given. If fans give unreasonable feedback, it's still the artist's (and/or the label's) fault for paying attention to it. All the credit or blame will always go to the people in charge.

If the reception (commercial or critical) to Limitless was any better, you might have a point. But it isn't. The song was crapped on and forgotten, just like any other crappy recent Bon Jovi song, whether it sounded like Jon doing his best Bob Dylan impression (or whatever you described as "quite mature") or the even more watered down Bon Jovi that is Limitless.
