The intro is exactly the same song.

Exactly, I'm surprised that no one has noticed this. Not many Bruce fans here I guess.

Just hear it... Yeah you're right.

Also there's "Burnin' Train" from his last album. There's a riff around 1:50 that looks pretty similar to the guitar on "Let It Rain"

Fair! For some reason Let it Rain falls to one of the weaker spots on the album because it just sounds like twenty other Bon Jovi songs thematically. I don't even think it's bad, I just can't stomach "take a look around" again. That last "CHRIST IM CALLING" is one of the cooler moments on the album though!

Another thing about this song is that part "wherever there's hurting, there's healing on the way". It really resonates with Biden's speech "it's time to heal" and could be well explored within this context.

The verses are pretty much Blood On Blood. Of course, that one is very Springsteen as it is. I'll also say that Lower The Flag sounds a lot like Atlantic City.

The verses are almost Never Say Die AND The Fire Inside as well. That's what I mean, it just sounds...done before.

Big time agree on Atlantic City/Lower the Flag.

Yeah, when I first heard it, it was too obvious to me. I don't understand why Jon does those things, he just have to vary a few notes to get away from the tracing. The same has happened with other songs in the past copying Coldplay.

With These Two Hands...

As mentioned before, the chorus of Unbroken is basically copied from the European hymn (Beethoven's 9th symphony).

Side note, if you use a vocal remover it takes out that annoying lead guitar tone in the intro and David's playing a really cool, Springsteen-y Piano part.

I’d love to hear that!

Talking about copying songs nothing will ever beat Take Back the Night and Save The World by Swedish House Mafia. Im surprised they haven’t been sued. Its basically a copy-past job from start to finish. It has to take all prizes.
