Unless my memories got mixed up, I don't recall if this song got added to ASCAP. It stemmed from a photo from the tour book of the progress of the song recorded. It had three additional songs being worked on. Statue, State of Our Union and Shine.

Yeah, Jon is all for reusing words, phrases and ideas but him saying it got reworked a lot, it existing as a song title in 2013, Phil not playing on it, the way it sounds. It ain't proof but it's pretty close. Jon has mentioned in interviews there's usually only one song per album that has 3/4 Waltz Time Signatures (there maybe an album with more than one but I'm blanking, I think These Days? This Ain't a Love Song and Hearts Breaking Even) so that might have factored into it too.

Yeah seems harmless but a bit odd.
Reckons he only dislikes 5 Jovi songs in entire catalogue and prefers Phil to Richie!

We should consider ourselves lucky that this Jerry guy hasn't found us yet. Otherwise, he'd report the whole site for sharing highly confidential *and very expensive* info here [emoji23] Not surprised he's bu*thurt, though. Unfortunately, read enough of his stuff on my twt feed before he blocked me too

I asked him to send me shine and luv can when album came out but he wouldn't....he said it was unfair on the band...the irony being someone had sent them to him as his import hadn't turned up.

Harmless? Dominik's channel is private now and hopefully he'll be back soon. Hope the other BJ channels will still be available to the public too. Otherwise... the damage is done. And why was the Jelly guy so whiny? Not because he cares about the band but because he paid a lot by credit and he's still paying it off! *his words*
I still remember him being so gracious with "free" BJ albums for fans who couldn't afford them. Look what he's doing now. What a hypocrite
BTW. If JBJ Fans Global is also his account on twt, then it's *very* interesting. He's actually following me there *while blocking me on his private one. Jeez

I'm going to come across like a huge ass here and there's no way to say save face....I think the band is within their rights on this one to have a problem with it. It's easy to argue it should be free for the fans and it should be something everyone sees but they're in essence charging for this stuff.

If I was paying that much a year and people were getting it for free, that kinda sucks. I don't agree the value is there (right now anyway), and don't think they thought this through making one package strictly digital stuff that can be shared but putting stuff out there you know is exclusive, I'm not totally surprised. I dont know why Jerry cares that much though.

Wow. Didnt realise that had happened.
What an arsehole.
How come the channel is private? Was he asked to make it private?

I really hope it's just waiting out the storm...

F***, HanD90 was the best Bon Jovi channel next to Damned TV. If there was one thing well done on YouTube for BJ fans it was this.

Thanks Jerry. You just ruin the fun a whole fan community who loved HanD90's work. Enjoy your box of shit.

Well, in protest mode, I'm also going to privatize all my videos. At least until HanD90 be back.
