I can't say I'm a fan of this at all really, but I think that's mainly due to Jon's horrible vocals. It's just not pleasurable to listen to. Musically it sounds ok, but it just plods along and the lyrics are hardly subtle.

I think because it's not subtle....that's why I'm a little more into it than expected. I got really tired of open ended lyrics that could apply to everyone's lifestyle.

For as much as Shanks get shit for ruining the band production-wise I think Jon's voice is the MAJOR reason the songs are produced this way.

I think Richie would have made a difference in this song. A shame. I said it a long time ago, Jon is allergic to the distorsion of electric guitars. The voice is worrying. Walls y WWWU estaba bien enmascarada.

It's almost hard to imagine that Walls and WWWU were recorded less than 2 years ago and it was the same "singer".

There's some utterly strange filter(s) on Jon's vocals in Unbroken...I mean its just strange...but his voice is shot so they just might have used the magic "betterize" filter right there.... ;)

But yeah, I dig the chorus.

Where's the band in the video?

It is possible that the album version is slightly different, they may add something, or mix it again.
