Steelhorse_93 when you were in KTF concert MK Bowl, which location were you sitting/standing and how loud was it?
I am just wondering.

A long time ago I read here that someone was on front row in I think Birmingham NEC (England) KTF Tour and it was chest-pounding loud.

And same with Wembley Stadium I just wanna know haha.

If I should bring any hearing plugs, etc (Almost side of stage Tele2 I am gonna sit in).
They are older now and probably not as loud anymore though.

What was the addition at the end of the Captain Crash compared to normal? I used to like Crash, like in Zurich in 2000 when the stadium is all swinging side to side. Fantastic. Then it gets overplayed. Jon had to work very very hard to get any movement out of the crowd to start with although like I was, they were probably trying to work out what was going on with the tuning, the vocals, the backing vocals....crazy. I prefer Someday Sat Night with the crowd really into it.

So on the sets so far, has there been any extended out songs? Used to do Saturday night, BTBMB for a few tours, gets the crowd into it. Has there be any covers or cover snippets?

I was at all shows and I’m pretty sure the NEC comment was mine. Alec’s bass WAS chest thumping. The ONLY Jovi gig I’ve been to were my ears were ringing the following day. Very loud by their standards.

As for now, much much quieter. No need for ear plugs, at least not for volume issues....

The rarest song we can hope for nowadays is These Days, and after hearing these performances I don't really know if I'm hoping to hear it anymore or not:

It's absolutely mind-baffling to read comments like "he actually sounds good on this one", "it's not that bad", etc. below the video. Are those people deaf, blind, stupid, or all of them?

I only listened to the second one (yes, in total ;-)) and it really ain't *that* bad. Sure, it's not 2011 or anything great, but I'd take a performance like that any day over other songs they tend to play...

Good to see these setlist shakeups coming in finally, here's hoping they continue. Shame that it's the likes of Crash and WGIGO creeping in again rather than literally any of the hundreds of other songs in the catalogue, but as long as they are in and out of rotation with other songs then it's all good. For me, I hope When We Were Us gets an outing at Wembley as that's about the only song I haven't heard yet to likely be played.

You'll be fine at Wembley, It won't be that loud at the huge stadiums. It's more needed at smaller venues, especially when you're at the front or near a speaker.

I'm no professional, I'm a casual singer. But certainly Jon would have a hard time sing this one. It's not a too much high tone one (although for current Jon it is), but it has few spaces for breath, mainly in the chorus. And that's the main problem for Jon, breath correctly. I don't know why it happens, but the routine is extremely heavy for a singer in a band like Bon Jovi and he's almost 60. I think it's the price for been for a long time in the top of the game.

So what you're saying is you've bought a ticket for a show of which you know will suck ass and then you're ridiculing those people who buy a ticket and actually genuinely have a good time?

It also talks about a throat tube several times which again kind of highlights how well these reviews are done nowadays.

So far none of any of the reviews for the Australian shows have mentioned anything about the vocals, music, stage or visuals but all have been about Jon's looks and just a number of facts (songs played, people in the band and people singing along). It's music journalism at its best.
