Madrid 2003
They used the OWN arenas tour stage instead the Bounce tour one.

Yeah but if I'm not mistaken, they also had an indoor show in Barcelona on the Bounce tour? So maybe that's why they didn't bring both stages to Spain.

That makes NO sense whatsoever. Moscow is a HUGE show and I sincerely doubt Jon would accept to have a generic stage at Luzhniki stadium.
Why not? The shows in Rio and Sao Paulo are huge as well and they use generic stages there as well. Jon accepts whatever's financially more rewarding. That's if he's the one who decides anyway and it isn't management who'll tell him what stage goes where.

They did it several times on the Bounce tour. When Nuremberg (I think it was Nuremberg?) was rescheduled to Kiel they added the dates for Spain later on as well to justify the use of another stage.

They did travel with 2 different stages before though. The 2011 tour had one smaller one and a slightly bigger one. There were 2 different Empire State Buildings as well in 2001 and there 2 different versions of the Bounce stage as well. Considering how there's 3 dates after another at Wembley there's no way they'll be moving their stage before another stage is brought in. It's also why there's a larger gap after 2 weeks. Both Billy Joel and Eagles will use this stage as well.

Not sure what stage will be in Moscow but Tony Bongiovi posted on Instagram (on Saturday) under the sauce account that the "video gear is on it's way to Moscow". That is for sure the big LED screens so take that for what it's worth.
Considering how this guy needs to post this from a ****ing sauce account it's just more bragging from the family to make sure everyone remembers he's got something to do with this tour as well. It really means **** all. The "video gear" being on its way to Moscow on saturday would be rather silly as it's coming in from Belgium. It'd arrive a few days too late. Thanks Sauce-man. :p

I hope that I'm dead wrong about that because I LOOOVE the new Bon Jovi stage and really want to see it in Bucharest on July 21, 2019, even though there's a festival scheduled at the same site for the very next day (July 22) by the same promoter who has so far refused to confirm whether Bon Jovi will bring their own stage or not.
Yeah... If there's another show planned the next day they won't bring their own stage. It's not going to happen. They've done it in the past and will do so multiple times. The stage for Moscow will show up in Bucharest while the bigger stage will travel back home after Klagenfurt. Their own stage is bought, the other one is a rental.

Unless there's a third stage there'll be another stage in Israel and I've a feeling it'll be the same stage they've used in South America and Australia. The ferry to Israel goes from Salerno in Italy and takes 8 days to make it to Ashdod in Israel. Add 2-3 days to build a stage and it's just not possible for it to be the same stage as Bucharest and Vienna. Travelling overland from Bucharest would mean travelling through Syria and it's a bit of a bitch to get through customs there lately I heard.

I've honestly no idea why people get excited over this stage though. It's a bunch of screens and that's it, really? It doesn't represent anything and it's really generic. The same for 2011, 2008 and 2006. Their stadium stages suck, which is why that car was just so spectacular.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

It was Neumünster, but quite close! ;-)

It really was but at Hyde Park we in 2013 we didnt get it as they used the London Calling stage. I was gutted.

They also used 2 stages (even a third one, that was for Argentina as I remember) for KTF/Sleep tour.

Hehe, true. I only know it, because I'm from that region, and I had bought tickets to Neumünster (outdoors), which was then rescheduled to Kiel (indoors) and brought me my first BJ arena gig ;-)
