I think that maybe there'll be 1 or 2 changes at most, nothing major yet. I have bigger hopes for the UK.

WhamATC 06-03-2019 01:20 AM

I am gonna be there in real life. Side view. First Bon Jovi show in real.

I hope you have an awesome time! I've still never seen them in-person. Doesn't really seem worth it for me since I live in the USA where the setlists are almost always s*** (outside of NJ/NYC, Uncasville, and Philly).

So they start shows a little earlier in Sweden/Scandinavia?

KeepTheFaith2211 06-03-2019 10:20 PM

When did they last play Blaze of Glory?

Gadden 06-03-2019 10:23 PM

I'll be there - wish me a gem! :)

First time I saw Dry County live last time they were here, it was amazing!

Cheers

2011 I think...

Thank you Zakatar. I would wanna hear TD atleast, if they go for a normal set. Would love to have atleast 2 - 3 extra special songs.

IIRC, Jon played a snippet of it in 2013 in Europe.

Hopefully we'll get a couple changes from the last two shows...

2019 Setlist: TBA

I remember this setlist got a lot of criticism back in the day (I was lurking on this site for the first time around mid-2013), but compared to now... those were the days :(

13-18 is pretty painful. There’s a few good songs spread throughout the whole set. It seems really bad to me.

That setlist looks fantastic compared to nowadays...

Dry County and In These Arms at the end make it up for me. :)

DryCounty 06-04-2019 02:26 PM

Looking forward to tomorrow. Haven't decided if I'll do another date next week in Denmark, but for now this is my only show this tour. Seems like a long time ago looking back at that 2013 set list. Remember enjoying it with DC being a huge suprise as well as the early Blood on Blood!

Songs I hope for tomorrow, that's kinda realistic considering they have been played earlier this tour - These Days, Radio Saved My Life, Roller Coaster and We Don't Run. Give me at least two and I'll be fine.

Back in 2011 I managed to attend the only show of the tour where not a single Lost Highway song was played (Oslo). Let's hope I can recreate that luck tomorrow ;)

When was radio played on this tour?

My bad! I mixed it up with the Asian leg 2015. Anyway, feels like it might show up on the European leg!

That’s the tendency here. What was bad one year before becomes the benchmark of good for the next tour.

If they don't change the setlist at all from the last two, shows, then there's a good chance you'll get TD! Hopefully there'll be a few changes though, such as the omission of Whole Lot of Boring. I'd literally prefer Because We Can over that s***stain of a song.

IMO We Don't Run is the best of newer songs live and I hope you get it. Rollercoaster is probably my favorite song off THINFS but my experiences with it live were less than inspiring. Regardless I hope you get them all, I hope they sound great, and I hope you get a good show!

WhamATC 06-05-2019 07:48 AM

Not unlikely that we get WLOL (I accidentally almost typed B as in boring..)..

By the way I got a question.
The time on the tickets and LiveNation say 19:30, does that mean that the opening acts start that time or does the main act start that time. There's no other time mentioned and also what time would the doors probably be opening?

Yeah, Because We Can at least has a catchy chorus while Whole Lot Of Boring doesn't.

My favourite newer songs are Rollercoaster, We Don't Run and Who Would You Die For (even though I have no hope to get it live).

Got this in the mail last week:

17.30: Entréer öppnar
19.30: Konsertkvällen startar med Blackberry Smoke, sen Bon Jovi
23.30 ca: Konsertkvällen slutar

So doors are opening 17.30 then the opening act goes on at 19.30.

Reporting from Stockholm:

Seems that Jon took a strole in the city yesterday and was spotted by some fans. The band are staying at Gran Hotel in the city centre.

The weather is awesome, one of the warmest so far this year, so too bad they are playing indoors!

Hopefully I will be able to post some videos at Bon Jovi Archieves later this week.

Cheers!

Hopefully they will open up the roof of the arena. Haven't seen anything about it yet though

Dry County has to come back. It's about time.

Dave88 06-05-2019 07:14 PM

The show will be played with the roof closed.

I do think that it will be played at least once in Europe, I think this for Always and I'll Be There For You too. I'm not sure if it'll be today though.

bonjovi90 06-05-2019 07:36 PM

So Jon should at least be safe from allergies tonight :)

I know that but when is the support act done?

Zakatar 06-05-2019 09:50 PM

I'm surprised BJ hasn't started their set yet. It's almost 9:00pm there.
