BJ as the band are tight, great playing,Jons voice is what it is,sometimes average, sometimes bad, sometimes both at the same time. I'll take it for what it is,dont expect 2011 or 2013 level but for sure I will enjoy my show. Best comparison of some band could be with some football club, you support them, win or lose, playing good or bad,if you are not like that you are not true fan of the club.

Tickets are expensive, the setlist isn't changing and his voice is getting worse. If you enjoy it, great, don't let anyone stop you but give me a break that you're not a true fan if you don't support the band when you know they could be better. I refuse to believe I'm not a true fan because hearing the same non singles tour after tour isn't worth paying for.

I agree with you. I imagine if I'd seen the band several times in the past decade I'd have had a decision to make about going.

I am ok with what you think but BJ are today what you see,it is ok not to be ok with it but you can accept it or not,you guys in US and Canada have them often enough to be even boring with them but in Europe and specially in some areas in Europe is not that situation.I wouldnt mind them to play same setlist in concerts I plan to go. I understand you,you wish for changes in setlist but voice is where it is,sad but true.

"it is what it is" isn't enough for me to spend a lot of money. Someone can choose to not accept it and still be a "True fan". Good for you if you can settle for seeing the same thing over and over again with lowering quality, have a blast but it's not for everyone.

I saw them 3 times before and every show was different, this is my 4th time and it will be also different judging by setlist right now but I understand people who attend much more shows and get same songs. If you get even more-less the same songs that is not lowering and deal with it,many bands have same setlist over and over again with 0 changes or 1 at best. We all want to BJ play as many songs as possible but it wont happen but show in Norway is positive sign for changes.

You're not reading what I'm saying. I'm not saying show to show I'm saying tour to tour. Whole Lot Of Leaving and We Got It Going on are both concert staples every recent tour, neither was a single. Do you see what I'm saying? There are songs in the setlist that can be swapped up to freshen it up and make it feel like a totally different tour.

And no, "many bands" don't do that. Norway was a step in the right direction but it's a drop in a bucket compared to how the setlists have been since 2007.

Wouldn’t be so bad if the band members didn’t continually say were practicing loads of songs and we end up getting the same ol same ol

Wouldn’t it be great if they threw in Hardest part is the night or home bound train (let Phil sing it) or Any other day. Anything from Bounce maybe??

But we’re not getting anything different to the other legs of the tour.

Re Jon’s overall performance- Alec was fired for being sloppy live - if it wasn’t Jon’s band he’d be out. Jon would fire Jon.

That's the problem with having only Jon decide the setlist though. They may well be practicing these songs but if he doesn't fancy it then it's not happening.

well just because you dont like those 2 songs it must be bad tour and not worth it money? and there are bands, big names, that dont change setlist much.
I wish for everyday, bounce, this aint a love song, damned, just older etc.
WLOL is great song, deep, something about band and WGIGO is a fun song, colaboration song and that is the reason they are played.
Jon probably adapt setlist to his voice more or less but we will see on this tour some surprises, not as much as we want but there will be for sure.
On my 3 BJ concerts were almost 40 different songs,in period of two tours 2011 and 2013.

What made you think in this way? Why would not jon want better sounding guitar players? PhilX is doing his best in my opinion.

I see everyone judges the shows by jon's performance, for me tico torres is the primary reason to see bon jovi live. I also play drums and I can't get enough of watching and hearing tico playing. I went to two shows in 2011, tico and richie sambora created the memorable moments for me. Especially the outro of always;) I am sure there are still many other things to enjoy in a bon jovi show. If I have a chance I want to see them either in werchter or bucharest. I think It would definitely worth any effort.
