What songs are you sure Jon will never play again?

As the question is, it must have been played at least once before.

DavetheGodofKeys 06-09-2019 06:28 PM

My Guitar Lies Bleeding In My Arms, Tokyo Road, Breakout, Let It Rock and pretty much everything from the first 2 albums except for Runaway.

Most of them in the catalougue if I'm honest. If they aren't played this tour they aren't being played again.

Most of the best stuff.

Agreed.

I think the band made a last great effort during the 2010/2011 tours to open up the catalog and play some obscure/rare stuff. I also believe that era was Jon's farewell to a lot of those songs, like "Something To Believe In". I'm sure we will never hear that song again.

However, I want to believe that they will go back and dust off the catalog again and play some obscurities when the farewell tour comes around. Forgotten tracks like "Next 100 Years" would be perfect for a farewell tour.

I think That's What The Water Made Me might be played in Europe this time around.

Don't think so - it hasn't been played since the 2015 Asian tour. I know it was an audible in the beginning of the US tour last year, but still.

DestinationJovi 06-10-2019 03:23 PM

She Don't Know Me is absolutely not a cover. Jon said long ago he'd never perform it again because he didn't write it, but it was recorded and released by the band. It is a Bon Jovi song.

Thinny 06-10-2019 03:52 PM

Actually, She Don't Know Me kinda is a cover as it was originally recorded by The Grass Roots in 1982, 2 years before Bon Jovi released their version...
