2019 Setlist: TBA

7 songs from HAND on the HAND tour.

Thierry 06-12-2019 02:42 PM

I’ll be at this show tomorrow.. I’m having a bad feeling about this one. As mentioned before the Dutch audience is normally lame and talking throughout. And with Jon’s voice in current state this is going to be a short one with the Dublin dates coming up this weekend.

LeaJovi 06-12-2019 02:44 PM

No worries about the fake setlists, Seb wouldn't dare because streaming takes the deceit away in minutes.

Also, Dry County will be played and butchered through and through.

taker5962 06-12-2019 03:21 PM

First show for me too, tomorrow, before Dusseldorf & Werchter.

A few hopes ... These Days or Always, cause i think they're gonna play these ones at Dublin...

Anyway, i'm going to enjoy, whatever the setlist, if Jon is in a good mood and got a 2,5h show, i'll be happy

Yeah, too many though. That show in Nijmegen was awful, one of the worst shows I've ever seen the band play. There was massive lul in the set not even It's My Life could help and during the first encore Jon clearly lost all motivation to perform. 2 hours and 45 minutes and by the end of the show no one could be arsed anymore. And yet the show they're about to do here will be even worse.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Elvistico 06-12-2019 06:22 PM

The setlist of 2006 was impressive in the encores. The TLFR versions of Bor and IBTFY totally killed it way before though.

:)

I wonder how much soy sauce Shanks will apply to his hair and beard at this show?

DavetheGodofKeys 06-12-2019 10:16 PM

I'm expecting a standard setlist. I do think Jon will save his vocals and maybe some surprises for the Dublin shows.

Do me a favour and post an honest review of the show, from what I am hearing and seeing this could be a car crash and I've got 2 UK shows planned and a lot of money thrown in!

Elvistico 06-12-2019 11:06 PM

Anyone here going without a golden circle ticket? And/or feeling to meet up prior to the show?

I think you can pretty much make up your own mind from the footage posted so far....depends on your frame of mind really....

Will do. I’ve got tickets for both Dublin shows. If Nijmegen is going to be bad, I won’t be taping Dublin but going to the shows and drink a lot of beer instead.

Good plan with the drinks! will be doing that in London and Coventry.

bonjovi90 06-13-2019 01:05 AM

I think the biggest misconception about this show is Jon holding back, just like people think he'll be pulling out all stops at Wembley.
Jon doesn't have the capabilities to decide whether to push more or less for a certain shows anymore. Every show he's at his limit and it's what we got the last 4 shows. It won't be different in big cities either.
Maybe he'll try a few more songs, but he doesn't have any more left in the tank vocally to pull out for the important nights.

Jon can't pull out rarities left and right nowadays. That's why I think he'll go all out at the shows they see as "bigger" (Dublin, Wembley, Munich, Dusseldorf)

Thank God! One positive thing in all that mess

Weather was horrible so far tonight. Already had rain and thunder and lightning during the support acts. Stage is slippery. Sun is shining right now.

Zakatar 06-13-2019 09:04 PM

If the previous shows are any indication, BJ should be starting 30 mins to 1 hour from now, right?

Review of the show, not a weather report! ha ha

Dicanio 06-13-2019 09:37 PM

They started at 1917 UK time. Jon looked up for it going by the opening two songs

DestinationJovi 06-13-2019 09:37 PM

RYH has been played

cowboy2002 06-13-2019 09:40 PM

Any streams?

Zakatar 06-13-2019 09:42 PM

According to setlist.fm (I know, I know):

01. This House
02. Raise Your Hands
03. Bad Name
04. Born to Be My Baby
05. We Got it Going on

Nothing out of the ordinary ye, apart from WGIGO being much earlier in the set than on previous shows of this leg.

DestinationJovi 06-13-2019 09:47 PM

FFS why. Just why.

Zakatar 06-13-2019 09:51 PM

from setlist.fm again:

06. Lost Highway
07. Runaway

No idea if this is accurate or not considering the source, but it's all we have right now since there are no streams that we know of. And Seb/Thesedays18 isn't editing this one. If there was anything on periscope I would've shared it by now.

Dicanio 06-13-2019 09:53 PM

Runaway being played right now

What stream are you watching (if you're watching a stream)?

Six-String 06-13-2019 09:54 PM

I watched a stream where WLOL was also played.

Of course it's a private stream... do you know the whole setlist, was WGIGO performed early or was WLOL played where it normally is?
