Because they ****ed up and instead of owning it and doing the right thing like refunding everyone, they decided to try and fool everyone by providing us with a bunch of shit.

Seems that this month they forgot to put something in JBJ Experience. It's the last straw, I'm definitely not going to renew my membership.

Mine does not expire till Jan so I have a little time but they would have to finish the year well for me to consider it.
I do like it for the presale but if no tour ...

Mine expired the other day and I'm not gonna renew it until they start uploading stuff that's actually worth all that money.

Why in god's name would anyone rejoin this scam? I wouldn't worry about pre-sale tickets; nobody will be going to see this band on their next tour.

I know, I need my head examined. I still want to think that they will deliver on the experience but I do realize its a scam by Matt , I still want to think that we will get some great new releases and I still want to see them on tour. Hopelessly romantic

Can anyone remember how to cancel? I'm sure I initially read that you need to give 30 days notice and it could only be done by e-mailing them...but now I can't find where I read that. The link in the initial e-mail to "manage subscription" is a dead link.

I think you don't have to cancel it at all, because it seems to happen automatically when the year you paid for is over - when mine expired the other day I just received an e-mail telling me that my membership expired and that I should log in to renew it. Now when I log in the website just looks like I never had a subscription in the first place and in order to "renew" it I'd basically have to join the Experience all over again.
