I understand their points of view, but I like the song so much that I don't care if finally only Jon sings it or is it censored. I think it would have been better if Lorenza had sung his part, but what the hell, it's still a great song.

It is definitely a live take, it does not sound like a studio recording, maybe there is something rework and touched up in the voice, which I am glad, since I feel that everything is fine. It does not have a polished and sophisticated sound, but for what it is, it feels right.

I gotta say Christmas All Over Again was my favorite of the 3. The rest are fine.
But Christmas All Over Again sounds very Jon Bon Jovi.
Of course, I would prefer the classic Please Come Home For Christmas... >_< jaja, but I'm aware of JBJ voice.

Quite enjoyed these three videos. Nothing extraordinary, but a nice addendum to the time leading up to Christmas.

Probably wants to get it played on Radio 1! ;)

It's a ludicrous thing to do; just like singing it all himself. It sucks all the magic out of the song. I said this in another thread but his mispronunciation of Galway is pretty galling.

They're ok.

Fairytale would have been better as a duet and I agree with Butters, the pronunciation is bad of Galway.

Christmas Time Again was good but how he pronounces 'time' and 'mine' annoy me.

As always, can't help but think these would have been so much better a few years ago.

They're enjoyable and fun and I'll take it for that but I won't be adding any to my playlist.

I saw one of the videos, really cool. They weren't miming there. And I liked all three songs, Jon sounded natural on them.

... Now I'm looking forward to the concert Dec 15. Hope to see more of 2020 on it's setlist.

About the removing of Luv Can and Shine videos, I think it's because these contents will last one month or so on the Experience, maybe.

I might be misinterpretating, but there says "exclusive Bon Jovi monthly content".

Captain_jovi 12-08-2020 03:41 PM

Interesting. Does anyone know if that word was there prior? And even if so, it only went up end of November. If that were the case pulling it down early December isn't even close to a month.

rolo_tomachi 12-08-2020 03:51 PM

My theory is that they have contracted the basic Vimeo service (more cheap), they can only upload 5 GB per month, with limitations of 500 MB per week. They have had to delete the Luv Can + Shine video to replace it with the Christmas videos, and even then they have had to lower the quality a bit to 1280x720p. Although I could be wrong.
