Choc's and Mike's Song (still very unpolished)
 

this would probably belong into the music forum but i figured more people would look at it here ;)

Mike and i have just had a little chat and came up with a song (well, mike did the most part). It's still very unpolished and we haven't changed any lines yet, just wrote it down as we went along.

Tell us what you think about it so far....you know, the idea in general and everything. But before ripping us apart remember we really haven't worked on it yet :D here it goes:

When it all began - we were but as one
Even Island was linked
Every sea not just one

Bridge - Type thing

I long to see the shores that used to be there for me,
The beach's my friends - the roads we would travel, beauty just came & went
But I glanced on u & my free love just went, danger abound, though I knew what it meant,
And I soon realised as it has come to be

We could imagine it's something Shania Twain could sing ...

It is about a guy falling in love & being cut off from what he once knew (I.e. Friends - a 'free' life), but knowing it could be no other way - beause of him being so deeply in love.
