Making his point
I was thinking about how some Bon Jovi songs seem to give across the same type of message;
I'll Sleep When I'm Dead It's My Life I Don't Want To Live Forever Everyday They all have the same sort of message in them, as if Jon is trying to tell us something. Maybe he's trying to tell us that he lives however he wants to, or he doesn't want to be immortal, or he's scared of death. I just think it's a bit strange how the same feeling comes across in quite a few songs. |
oh god its getting worse :roll:

But it was OK a few weeks ago to have a topic entitled "Hugh's thingy"?

I could see how IML and Everyday could be simmilar in meaning, but I find I'll Sleep When I'm Dead a lot different. I think it's a much more light-hearted song than the other two. I have never heard I Don't Want to Live Forever, but it sounds like something that's strongly to IML hence the reference "I ain't gonna live forever" in the chorus of IML.

I can see what you, I think they give that sort of "we've got to live our lives to the full" message.

This is actually a good post!!
Its original (for a change)...lately ppl have just been repeating topics which have already been posted b4!! I have to agree....these songs are about just living your life how you want to!! |
