okay..i auditioned for this flute solo in band in my school...my director narrowed it down to 3 of us and we had to re-audition today....guess who didnt get it..me.....im soo sick of not being good enough...they said i did a good job...but obviously it wasnt good enough...and i'm soo sick of not being good enough..i never am good enough...always have to stand in somebody else's shadow....i totally need to vent...so i'm sorry if i'm annoying anybody...but...i hope im being prepared for something really big...cuz im sick of falling down and having to get up again...just to be kicked down....u might not know this..but i do wanna be a singer...and i cant wait until i achieve that....for once..i'll be able to say that i'm better...that i got something i deserved............(((sighs)))) :mad: :cry:

you're not annoying anyone i guess- i'm sorry for you that you weren't taken but if it comforts you: today i had my physics/chemistry test for the 2nd time and i'm scared of going to the uni tomorrow cause if i've failed again i will have one last chance...

don't say that you always have to stand in somoene else's shadow- you don't need to proof anybody your qualities... don't compare yourself with others- you live for yourself!

Nice advice there krb.... :shock: ....I'm sure that will make her feel much better. As for you Runaway.....don't let it get to you. Eventually we all find what we're good at. Unfortunately, it just takes some poeple longer than it takes others. Keep smiling and keep trying. :P
