Does Success make people sexy?
 

Just wondering.
I mean, would any of you guys ever look at Britney twice if she wasn't famous? Probably not I think...
Same with Matt Damon or Tobey McGuire (sp?)...
I probably wouldn't look at them at all on the street but in movies they have something about them (i don't regard them as sexy, but you know what i mean ;))

so tell me, does success make sexy?

I don't think so, but it usually makes them dress better...... and clothes makes the man!!

I think that if you are successful, you can afford to make yourself appear sexy, even if you are not. I guess sexy is more than just appearance though. :roll:

I think success allows a person to feel more confident and that can come out as sexiness. But, then again, how many people find Bill Gates sexy?

Sexy is a combination of things, so you can't say any one trait makes a person sexy.

Yes it does, or let me explain...most people sort of convince thmselves that since a person is *famous* than he/she is sexy, by default. It's an automatic thing I guess, not that they try har to make themselves believe that. But you people are right in saying that clothes, make-up, hair stylists etc can do wonders. Not all of them *stars* are what they're all cracked up to be. Personally, I tend to prefer *simple*-mannered people so that is not really the type that will do for me...

It could.
Success can be translated to more money. Having more money means you can afford stuff like plastic surgery, liposuction, nice outfits etc etc, so yeah it could.
