What are you afraid of?
I was PMing with Christo and we started to talk about fears. He said that he's started a topic but I can't see it, hope we don't do it twice.
I have all kinds of phobias. Firstly, I'm afraid of flying. I'm sure that the plane will crash any minute and everyone's going to die. I'm even more afraid when the plane is above a sea. The most dreadful way of dying I could imagine is drowning. I've heard that it's actually pretty painless but how can anyone know that  That's why I don't want to go to America or Australia, the flight would seem to last forever because I can't relax. I'm also afraid of ferries (because of the drowning thing) but not as much. I used to be afraid of elevators. I took the stairs to 10th floor if it was needed. Hopefully we don't have any skyscrapers in Finland :D But that phobia just disappeared one day. And it's not as bad with the plane thing as it used to. So, what are your phobias? Taija |
I was very afraid of flying until the year 2000 and then this phobia just disappeared. :D
I'm still afraid of elevators, i'm not going near any!!!!! :? Besides that i am afraid of heights, I hated the eiffel tower  I just couldn't look down and enjoy the view over Paris, i was too scared  And I am VERY afraid of dentists  |
Arachnophobia. I'm s*** scared of spiders. If I see one, even a tiny one, I will freeze and panic and start crying... It's awful. Glad we don't have any huge hairy ones here in Finland. ;)

And I'm always afraid when walking alone that someone's going to attack me  Not of course in the middle of the town in the middle of the day but in bigger cities when it's dark. |
