I totally disagree. And the way he sings wanTED in the Bon Jovi version now makes my skin crawl. He used to sing WANTed until some background singer on one of his solo tours started with that wanTED crap.

I have to agree with Becky, I dont like Ritchie singing it. Why does he pull all those faces when playing guitar, I think he looks constipated!
If I knew I looked like that when I played guitar I would change my facial expression.

Then a relatively slow first verse....

Then Richie joins in - wanted....WanTEeeddd

Dont get me wrong i love jon...but richies voice has held up better so he can do the song more justice.

Well jon could sing this song very well but in his new nasal style of singing its only annoying. But anyway I like Richies performance more espacially because of Midnight Rider, i think he should sing it at the beginning also at BJ shows.

Why is it so important to you how he sings that one ****in' word?
BTW on the "hard times come easy" single is a recording where he sings it the way you want him to.

I only have 1 version of Richie singing it, and I don't know from when or where, but IMO he is not as good as Jon.

It is best played live when they open it with Little Wing, and with Jon singing and Richie backing him up, it is amazing.

THE best version of Wanted I have heard is from the Wembley 95 video.
