Yeah, as you read. It's nearly confirmed that the band is coming to South america (especifically Brazil, Argentina and more to confim) during july 2003.

No offense but... where is that info coming from? They've already been talking about USA dates in July at stadiums... taking the show to South America's gonna be tough!

Lucky u guys. I hopeing that they will come to India this time around, coz last time and only time they came here is on 1995, so this year they got to come and espeally to Bangalore. We are getting Rolling stone here on 12th April.

Derek Bliss is correct. That would be very difficult since Jon has been announcing July dates in the States, and end the tour at Giants in August. Maybe they are coming, but not in July? There's some time between the end of the first US leg and the start of Europe. Maybe that's when they'll come?

I really don't know anything more than what i posted. Universal Music and another person is trying to bring the band during july. They are finishing money arrangments, the band wants 750.000 and they're offering 500.000 and everything is in negotiatons.
