'Always' rarely featured on tour?
 

Hi, I'm going to see Bon Jovi on June 28th at Hyde Park, London - and I was hoping one of my favourite tracks, 'Always', would be on the setlist, but I was looknig over the Bounce Tour setlists so far and it's hardly ever been played.

Why is this? Afterall, it is there second most succesfull single ever, not to mention an amazing song.

So is there any specific reason B.J leave it out?

They don't sing many ballads this tour. I guess they want to rock and don't feel like ballads.

They played it very often at the OWN-tour. And unfortunately I'm quite sure they will play it here in Europe on this tour again since it was a quite big commercial success, esp. in England.

I personally hope they DO play it at Hyde Park. Seeing as its a rare track (compared to Bed of Roses) and Hyde Park is gonna be the mammoth gig in England, I'm pretty hopeful we're gonna see it this time - was gutted it wasn't included in the Milton Keynes setlist in 2001!

Im glad they are not playing Always. I totally hate that song. Its the only Bon Jovi song I really hate with a passion.


So I am hoping they wont play it in Ireland. If they did I would still sing along and enjoy it but I still hate it.

I have to agree, didn't miss this song at all on this tour. Not much into ballads myself. But if that's your thing, I can understand why it would be missed. Some folks have special memories with this song(You know who you are! :wink: ) Just a matter of opinion.

They played it in Chicago, and Jon did just fine. 8)
