have the band talked about the future after the tour?I mean do they have a few more albums left in them?And for this new boxset do u think they will release some singles and videos for it?

How cool would that be...you go to the cinema on May 19th 2005 to see THE most anticipated movie EVER. You get half way through, and Palpatine points offscreen and says "Here is my new apprentice....Darth Jovi", and Jon walks on in a black cape with a lightsaber tied to his belt.

Jon in Star Wars....God I'd be in heaven. Mind you if I ever met him after seeing it I wouldn't be able to say aything but "Can I see your lightsaber" :wink:

That's the best news I've heard in a long time! I'm VERY glad he's going to do some more movies. :D I hope he gets the two he's written into production.

The good news is they've said over and over the band is beyond the point of breaking up, so I don't think we have to worry about an "end" to Bon Jovi. Richie has supposedly mentioned the idea of doing an acoustic tour with Jon. That would be cool! He's also supposed to do his Greatest Hits record.

I just hope it's not 2008 when we get another band CD.

Did you know he was asked to be in Star Wars according to an issue of Entertainment Weekly? He turned it down because he didn't have the freedom to commit himself to three movies due to the band.

Don't get me started on that Mike. Richie is the one who started writing his solo CD in January 1996 and didn't get it to the streets for over two years. Then the record company was bought and they decided to wait for the dust to settle before starting Crush, so Jon did U-571. He had enough material for a new album in 1998. Then their producer died. A lot of things delayed Crush, but Jon's acting was the least of them. Maybe if Richie does his greatest hits thing it won't take him two years to put it together.

The only reason that the Band didn´t come to Rock in Rio 3 is that Jon was filming "Row your boat" :twisted:
