I'd say Jon... now, Richie might have a more soulful voice but, it's not his primary instrument. The demands on Richie's voice are virtually non-existant when compared to the strain put on Jon's voice as a lead singer. So, Jon has to work on his singing like the professional he is... Richie is required to sing one song per show and backup (no small feat) but the strain & pressure is on Jon. I think Jon is singing the best... technically. Whether I prefer Jon's voice to Richie's voice... or whether one is better than the other.. that's a pointless argument. It's personal preference.
