Eddie Izzard: Action Transvestite!
 

Hey All!

Just wondering what all you peeps out there in Joviland think of Eddie Izzard, as I'm a big fan.


For all those of you who don't know him, Eddie is a British stand up comedian who can stand on a stage and talk utter bollocks for an hour or two and make it all hysterically funny. He's also a transvestite, but like he says, it's like a gay person woking in a bank; there's no relation between his cross dressing and comedy, or there rarely is- sometimes there'll be a little bit in his show about transvesties, i.e. the Teritorial Army First Transvestite brigade, airbourne wing... that one's a classic!

And those of you who do know him- what's your favourite Eddie Quote/skit?

And I'm interested to know how many Americans and how many French people have heard of him, as he sold out for 4 months on broadway, and performs in French
