Why does Jon sing out of his nose?
Listening to him now, and listening to him in the 90's, there is a big difference in how he sounds. Now sounds very nasal, very 'tinny', like listening to him on a cheap pair of small speakers. It's bad.

Because that's how he sings.

because he rocked back then... and has since decided to have singing coaches etc
who messed up an amazing natural raw voice |
singing coach telling jon to sing through his nose?
let it rock.
that's the dumbest defence for jon's bad singing i've read all month. don't think even the worst singer would advise another to sing through his nostrils. Kinda makes me wonder if you've been getting poor advice yourself, as some idiot's got you spewing s**t from your mouth. |

it's mainly that he's just not bothered trying to sing his best
you hear glimpses of it occasionally but all too rarely |
i think he can still sing great, he has just changed somewot...but i think there are some shows where he pulls out all the stops, and others he takes it easy...

Jon supposedly singing out his nostrils is still better than you talking out of your A S S H O L E S
In fact, Jon's singing has improved... he sings from the diaphragm and not as nasally as you imply. However, if Jon had made you happy and stuck with the singing he was doing in the 80's when there were "flashes of brilliance" then he'd be at home gardening because his voice would have worn out years ago. So, what is that you want? A) Jon still singing, stronger than ever (if slightly different than years and years ago?) OR, B) would you prefer to have had him abuse his voice and end up with nothing anymore? Oh, right... he's the devil. You choose B. |
