Check out the new stadium stage design!
From BJ.com... :D
BON JOVI are currently on tour through the U.S. The stage set up consists of three massive satellite dishes which house video projection screens upon which live footage and pre-taped footage is displayed during the concerts so that even the worst seat in the house has an incredible view.
However, when the band wraps up the North American run of the Bounce tour in Las Vegas on April 19th, the satellite dishes will go into retirement. They will not be part of the stadium stage that will be used for the May/June European stadium tour. If you CLICK HERE you'll be able to get a glimpse of what the stadium stages will look like in Europe.
Keep in mind, these are working schematics only. The production designer creates these images and presents them to the band... so these were the projected ideas and the stages are being built based upon these designs. Why aren't the satellite dishes coming out? Well, the satellite dishes were screens onto which images were projected. For the stadium tour where you need to have different visuals for a larger audience, the band will be using massive LED screens which move together, split apart and morph into various different configurations throughout the show. The stardrop will still be behind the stage... Enjoy.
