help with tickets to madrid concert
 

hi!

i had a problem with the tickets to the madrid concert:

i picked the tickets by phone, with a service attended by a machine (you know, the machine talks and you select options). in the recording, they say they have 2 kind of tickets: numbered and general, and i opted for the general ones, as i supposse they were for being stand up. and it seemed to be ok.

when i went to take the tickets from one record store in which i could get them, and my surprise was that they told me there were 3 kind of tickets: sat & numbered, sat and not numbered and stand up. and the stupid telephone service reserved me the tickets for sat & not numbered.

i've been trying to contact the telephone service, but the only thing i get is that idiot machine, and the only thing i could do was left one message with my phone number, and still waiting.

SO, if any of the people who are going to this concert WANTS to change 5 stand-up tickets for mines (5 seated & not numbered ones), PLEASE, PLEASE let me know.

Puedes ir a la tienda donde los recogiste y pedir que te los cambien.Conozco a mucha gente que le ha pasado eso y se los han cambiado, si no quieren,monta el pollo hasta que te los cambien, porque tú eres el que tiene la razón, lo de general y general pista NO lo avisaron.

¿sabes en que tienda los cambian? yo he ido a la fnac, y no ha habido manera. ¿quizá en madrid rock o en tipo? lo he intentado con el servicio del bbva y no hay forma de hablar con nadie, solo mandar correos o dejar mensajes... te agradecerías si me dijeras la mejor forma de hacerlo, porque son todos una panda de cabrones.

A unos amigos se las cambiaron en Tipo, por lo que creo yo que si las han cambiado una vez, es que se puede hacer (para los que te digan que es que es "imposible" cambiarlas), pero tienes razón, los hay cabrones que no escuchan.Inténtalo, suerte :?
