How about this album review...!

Oh well, I guess this guy isn't their biggest fan ;)

"After almost two decades worth of albums that are virtually indistinguishable from each other, innovation is the last thing you expect from Jon Bon Jovi. And sure enough, Bounce is more of the same from New Jersey's favourite son - another vapid collection of anaemic soft rock, with relentlessly moronic lyrics and fistclenching choruses tailor-made for heavy MTV rotation. The only real points of interest arise from his predictably hamfisted take on September 11: "That was my brother lost in the rubble/That was my sister lost in the crush," he snarls at the start of 'Undivided' setting the scene for a string of sugary ballads which somehow manage to locate the positive aspects of events since that day of infamy ("Where we once were divided, now we stand united"). Bon Jovi's utter lack of cynicism is not without charm, it's true, and Bounce at least has the merit of being slick, well-produced and impeccably tuneful. But it's also fundamentally harmless and forgettable, the perfect illustration of why stadium rock is terminally out of fashion. And most one-trick ponies, it's worth remembering, eventually end up in the knacker's yard."

This is where I found this review:

they guy was proabbly drunk when he wrote it...
but i guess some of it u can't ignore- i reckon that bj should now release another album -like this year like they did in the "good ol' days" with the idea that if u don't like that, maybe u'd like this"

hey- just realeased this probably makes no sense at all... :?

I hope this guy doesn't have an actual job reviewing music... That's the worst piece of writing I've seen in a very long time. Not only does he have absolutely no taste in music, he has no tact, and no writing skills. That said, he's entitled to his opinions, wrong as they may be. He probably likes rap.

When I read that first sentence about the stream of indistinguishable material, I knew this review was going to be bad due to the writer's ignorance.

Yeah I agree - that's how you usually can tell they have their head stuffed up their arse. (I USED REAL ENGLISH!)

And about releasing another album right away? Why bother? It would just sound the same as everything else they ever did. ;)

Exactly how can stadium rock go out of fashion when you need 40000 at least to stop buying tickets and thats just one stadium in one city! Clearly whoever wrote it is a moron of the highest degree.

phhhhhh this guy doesn't know what he is talking about.

He barely refered to any songs and he criticised the best song on the album (undivided), Maybe he should go home and put on his britney cd's!

actually just thinking about it, this guy sounds like he is more into death metal music, with no talent
