Live From London

I've just been watching this today, haven't done so for a while, and I must say it rocks. I listen to it a lot at my PC, but don't watch it too often, as I only have it on VHS.

The only bad thing about it is that it is only half a show.

That show would make the best possible DVD. I know it can be bought on DVD, but imagine a 3 DVD boxset, with all 3 days of the show, in full 16:9 format, with Dolby Digital 5.1/DTS sound, digitally remastered, with bonus interview footage, and music videos.

I would like that better than waiting out the Yokohama DVD.

I got it on VCD and it totally rocks.. i did just watched it also. Very cool after the acoustic guitar solo from Richie the peace sign.. It rocks, and the best version of Always also.

It is my favourite version of Wanted Dead Or Alive. The whole solo of Richies at the beginning is amazing. I could watch that over and over, all day long, lol.

The version of Always is good too, but I haven't heard many other live versions of it, so I have no bases for comparison.

I keep meaning to buy the DVD, but never got round to it, because I'd have to get it from a US site, and pay extra shipping and handling.

Also, I've heard that the picture quality is no better than that of the VHS copy.

You are obsessed with Dolby 5.1.

...and Back To The Future, and Star Wars, and The Matrix, and Lord Of The Rings...lol

I got my first Surround Sound System a few months ago, so can now enjoy the full cinema experience, lol. The Crush Tour DVD sounds awesome in 5.1, so I can't wait for the next Bon Jovi DVD.

With The Crush Tour DVD, the front center channel is for Jons voice, the front left and right are for Richie, Tico, Dave and Hugh, and the rear channels are crowd noise, and of course the sub woofer channel, which is great when pumped up high. The show sounds great when you play it like this.

I'm sure there are others who will agree.

I'm glad they kept the video as only half a show. I've got an mp3 of Bed of Roses from the same concert and its the most god-awful performance I've ever heard!!!

i would have liked them to put a few more songs on their like Dry County, Runaway, and These Days (from the show, not the video)
