I got banned from BSWJBJ........!?!?!?!!??!?!
 

I couldn't believe it....I have only ever left 1 post on the site, I went to go and make my second post (they were a few months apart) and I discovered that they had banned me from posting!??!??!?!??!?

Their reason....they said I was 'trolling'. I'm not sure what they implied by this, but that doesn't make for good business.

Anyway, as long as I'm still allowed on Jovitalk everything will be OK. I guess I have yet another reason to dislike backstage and its regulars.

Just thought I share my disdain.

What was your first post about?

My first one was just a query to see who else was gonna be at the Toronto show in Feruary.......nothing opinionated or offensive--but now I think I shoul've got my shots in when I had the chance.

Ah. That was probably misconstrued as trying to organize a fan gathering, which is a sin at Backstage. :wink: That's all I can think of, because there's certainly nothing wrong with what you posted. Hmm... :?

I've noticed many other fans trying to organize gatherings rather blatantly--I don't think that would be the issue.

Regardless, I only posted once in 5 months--I'm not gonna miss it that much. Jovitalk is a much better board anyway, and here I feel as though I am an established part of a real community rather than a toadstool in the land of butterscotch and fairy-dust that has come to be known as BSWJBJ--there, everything is golden and nothing is ever wrong. I would just like to know where all those people get the money for their narcotics.

You probably got banned because they were threatened by your ability to post at such a rapid rate! :wink:

Maybe you wasnt banned at all and just put in the wrong username or password, coz I've been posting on backstage for over 2 years and have said quite a few things I shouldnt and havent been banned yet. This is only a suggestion though

I got banned and I didn't do anything wrong in my book.
